1. About M.T.R

M.T.R (Mayhém Track Review) is a music analysis application operated by M.T.R Software. It is designed to analyze audio tracks and provide technical feedback, release-readiness insights, comparison tools and M.T.R Tested verification records.

2. Audio files

M.T.R does not retain ownership of your music and does not keep your original song files as part of its verification service. Audio selected for analysis remains under the user's control on the user's device. M.T.R may generate analysis results and verification metadata derived from an analysis, but the original audio file is not stored as a public verification asset.

3. Account information

M.T.R uses account services to support registration, login, authentication and user access. Account data may include an email address, authentication records, account identifiers and other information required to operate the user's account.

4. Analysis and verification records

To support M.T.R Tested authentication, M.T.R may retain report and verification metadata such as a report or badge ID, track display name, analysis date and time, verification status, report integrity data and other limited technical metadata required to confirm that an analysis record is authentic.

5. Third-party service providers

M.T.R uses third-party infrastructure and services, including Supabase for backend account and data services and Google Play for Android distribution and subscription billing. These providers process information in accordance with their own privacy and security terms.

6. Payments

M.T.R does not directly store users' payment card or banking details for Google Play purchases. Eligible Android transactions are handled through Google Play billing systems.

7. Data use

Information is used to provide account access, perform and retain eligible analysis records, verify M.T.R Tested reports, support subscriptions, improve app reliability, provide customer support and protect the service against misuse.

8. Data sharing

M.T.R does not sell users' personal information. Information may be processed by service providers where necessary to operate the app, authenticate users, process billing, host backend records or comply with applicable law.

9. Data retention

Account and verification records may be retained for as long as required to provide the service, preserve valid M.T.R Tested verification records, meet legal or operational requirements, or until deletion is requested where deletion is applicable.

10. Account and data deletion

Users may request deletion of their M.T.R account and associated personal information by following the instructions in the Delete Account section of this website or by contacting mtrsoftware.crew@gmail.com. Some limited records may be retained where required for fraud prevention, legal compliance, security, or integrity of previously issued verification records, subject to applicable law.

11. Security

M.T.R uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect account and verification data. No internet-connected service can guarantee absolute security.

12. Children

M.T.R is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information improperly, contact us so we can investigate and remove it where required.

13. Changes to this policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when M.T.R features, legal obligations or service providers change. The latest version will remain available on this page.

How to request deletion

Email mtrsoftware.crew@gmail.com from the email address linked to your M.T.R account and use the subject M.T.R Account Deletion Request.

Include your registered email address and clearly state that you want your M.T.R account deleted. M.T.R may ask you to verify ownership of the account before deletion is completed.

What will be deleted

Where applicable, account profile information, authentication records and user-linked personal data will be deleted or anonymized after the request has been verified and processed.

What may be retained

Limited non-public records may be retained where legally required or where necessary to protect service integrity, prevent fraud, resolve disputes or preserve the integrity of previously issued M.T.R Tested verification records. Original audio files are not retained by M.T.R as part of the verification system.

In-app deletion path

An in-app account deletion entry point will be included in an upcoming M.T.R Android update. Until that update is published, users can initiate deletion through this page and the support email above.
